Child development information is constantly changing. The more we learn about brain development, the more we can understand what is happening with our children and the "why" of their actions.

When you understand HOW a child learns, then you are in a better position as a parent to enable and support that learning.

Often, when parents are frustrated with their child's behaviour, I explain why it is happening. You can see a physical "argh" as they physically relax and they approach the same situation with a completely different mindset. That makes for happier children and happier parents!
