Depends on the gearbox. Might not be possible at all without double clutching. Some gearboxes might want you to do the stick in the middle position before you go to reverse (which you usually pass anyway). But anyway, you can try it when not moving with the car. And it makes a difference if the car is already moving backward (due to the spin), then it might be easier to put in reverse (depending on the mechanical block which doesn't allow you to put the gearbox in reverse when on the highway)

i have wanted one of these cars for a couple of years now but have been put off 1st by insurance costs then by other people saying it is a hairdressers car! i've never really agreed so within the next 2months i'll have one! :) 1.7cc but not sure about colour yet (not red) blue, silver or black look best

The most agile car you can get for £1,000 to £2,000. Tiff is a great driver and can make any car look good but Pumas are sporty little machines. Certainly no 'hairdresser's car' like all the men that have never even been in one say.

Sorry, but I'm sort of new to this and am still learning myself. My guess would be to shift into neutral when entering the turn and shift into reverse only after the car has turned around.

No. I'm talking about whenever your car's in first and as you shift into reverse as you pull a 180 on the handbrake. Is it possible to do this without grinding the gears? And if I sound ignorant, then educate me.

Never thought i'd see a front wheel car pull off a decent "drift", still nothing on rear wheel but fair doo's was good lol.
