PAYMENT:
We try to make our payment system as easy and hassle free as possible. When you enrol, Diana will contact you to confirm your class choice and set up your payment method of choice: Direct deposit (for Australian families) or an online invoice (stripe – for International families).
We value your involvement at Kids Discover Music where we believe in MUSIC FOR LIFE! As we introduce your family to the gift of music, we marvel at how much families get from Kindermusik every day of every week.
Twin, Triplet and Second Child Discounts
Kids Discover gives discounts for twins and triplets and children from the same family in the SAME class. For 2 children in the same class from the same family, prices are prorated. Please ask Diana.
CANCELLATION
Tuition refunds or credit towards future classes may be given if there are extenuating circumstances requiring withdrawal from class. All refund requests will be considered on an individual basis. Home materials are not able to be refunded once received.
CHOOSING A PROGRAM
The age recommendations for the Kindermusik programs have been carefully chosen to best group children in an age and developmentally appropriate way. Therefore, it is important that your child be at least the minimum age by the start of the program in which you are enrolling. Please note that these ages are guidelines only and each child is assessed individually to determine where they would be best suited.
Make Up Classes
We do not offer makeup classes for piano or Kindermusik but sometimes you may be able to attend an additional Kindermusik class where there is space.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND PUPIL FREE DAYS
Kids Discover does not hold any classes on Public Holidays (unless arranged) but we do teach on Pupil Free days.
